The Famous Sausage and Peppers...

That is right! Ladies and Gents come one and come all...to the world of Carl where the food is great the drama is first class and well you get the point...

Today I made my famous sausage and peppers with a home made red sauce that is right no can food today...Sit back relax pull out your forks, pens and papers...Write it down take notes do what you need to do cause here we Goooooooooooooo.....

Well where to start so much to talk about lol...The Sausage is the only thing that came pre-made from the store I used about a pound of Italian style sausages...I cut them down into bite size pieces...I put a lil e.v.o.o in a pyrex baking tray put the sausage in and my trick for good crispy yummy sausage cover it while raw with garlic powder gives it a yummy garlic taste and crunch to that skin on the sausages...let that bake till cooked on 350/400...

In a skillet I sauteed onions garlic and peppers i added tomatoes to it seasons it up with oregano savory salt pepper a little sugar bay leaf and let that simmer while the mean cooked...till the tomatoes cooked out into a chunky sauce...omfg delicious...while all that was cooking again I asked Andre to make his famous rice and he did...made a perfect meal no way to top it...

I can not say I ever made it this good making the home made sauce is so much better then the canned stuff I am shocked and amazed, I have made it so many different ways but this tops them all I hope you all make it soon or one day try it on your own...If I can get one of you to try this I have succeeded in my mission of you trying something new and delicious...

Well, I have to say thank god it was in the budget to make it cause I have been craving it forever!  So I hope you enjoyed the look and if you cook it the taste of this stuff...  one day you just might....Well you all know what I say...Until next time...
