Southern Living...

Well this morning I realized how in the "South" I was when I went to get breakfast, I was asked not if I wanted home fries but if I wanted grits or cheese grits, and the option for a drink was Sweet tea or water...hahaha Now do not get me wrong I like grits and sweet tea but only when I am in the mood, you have to remember I was raised in the South but Miami, which is not a "Southern" city...

So I got my scrambled eggs and I asked for cheese grits and had my sweet tea and then I thought to myself I want a bagel...lol the lady looked at me like "what in gay hell" she actually asked me what a bagel was...I told her it looked like a donut but you put cream cheese on it...lol she laughed and said "you must be rich we do not eat stuff like that around here" I giggled I am used to having my bagel and cream cheese on Sundays and if I am lucky some lox and other fixings poor southerners lol I hope one day there is a Jewish invasion into your southern states and show you all how to eat...maybe get some OJ for breakfast instead of sweat tea...

So, after breakfast it was off to do some errands and I remembered I needed to go to Wal-Mart and you will never guess what I saw....

That is correct right in my face I pulled out my camera she yelled at me but only in the "South" do you find stuff like this I have to say I did not know what I was giving up when I decided to move here but it looks like people with tact...lol

God love Southern Living...I wouldn't go anywhere else!
