What I cooked this evening...

Okay where to start?  Tonights dinner was delicious beyond words...I did have some help I must thank Andre for making the infused rice which came out YUMMY a little salty but DELICIOUS! White rice but while it was cooking he added fresh garlic cilantro salt pepper and butter OMFG it was to die for thank you my love...

I made the black beans as always they came out okay I didn't make them in a crock pot like my mother in laws and hers are the best...but I slow cooked mine on the stove top with fresh garlic and onions cilantro salt pepper and cumin 2 bay leafs and a little sason...
But the star of tonights dish was the pork chops displayed on top of he rice in this picture they were juicy cooked in a lil e.v.o.o. with onions salt pepper garlic cilantro and the rest of the sason pack all I can say is wow tonights dinner was so delicious it should be submitted to the Culinary Arts Academy...for study and then to be taught to others so they can find their way in the world of delicious foods...

While watching dinner tonight I watched my favorite TV show Top Chef on Bravo TV I had to say watching them cook in Target lin the middle of the night I could never do that I admire you guys...I do have to say good by to Angelo he wont be very missed he is to wanna be boojetto for me...But CARLA I LOVE YOU!  I love that lady she is so funny and I love how she cooks one day I hope to meet you...and Tiffany too although I think I already know her but thats a story for another day...lol
